TickerSpot is a free stock discovery platform. Our Services include:

  • Portfolio tracking — build a list of companies you like
  • Investment theme grouping — automatic organization of your portfolio into investment themes using pattern analysis
  • Stock discovery — finding similar stocks using AI-powered analysis of financial metrics and company characteristics
  • Company search — search by ticker symbol or company name

TickerSpot covers approximately 8,000 US-listed stocks. All features are completely free for all users.

3. Account Registration

When you visit TickerSpot, an anonymous session is automatically created. You can use all features without providing any personal information. No registration is required. You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services.

4. No Warranties

The data and information provided through TickerSpot is not necessarily real-time nor accurate. Financial data comes from third-party sources and may not be accurate or may differ from actual market data, meaning it is indicative and not appropriate for trading purposes.

TickerSpot does not bear any responsibility for any trading losses you might incur as a result of using this data or any information on the platform.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. By You: You may remove any stocks from your portfolio at any time within the app.

By Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
  • Extended period of inactivity
  • Request by law enforcement or government agency

13. Third-Party Data Sources

The stock data in TickerSpot, including company fundamentals, financial metrics, and company descriptions, is sourced from third-party providers. We do not independently verify the accuracy of this data.

Match scores are generated using AI-powered analysis and pattern matching. These results may be imperfect and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any investment decision.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Services.
